PAYMENT

Invoices are sent via email every week with payment options.

We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, and Chase QuickPay.

 

TRAVEL TIME

Client must provide Urban Wag with a 2-hour time window.

This window is to ensure optimum satisfaction for all of our dogs.

Note: 48 hours advance notice to guarantee service.

 

LAST MINUTE REQUEST

We do not service same day requests, however we try our best to accommodate those with unpredictable schedules. 

We can guarantee service given 48 hours in advance.

We cannot guarantee service for requests placed less than 48 hours.

NON-BUSINESS HOURS

Hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm.

We do service outside of business hours and weekends. However, service is contingent on us having a walker available.

 

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before service was to commence. No charge.

Any cancellation made less than 48 hours may be subject to 50% of normal service fee.

Any cancellation made less than 24 hours will be subject to 100% of normal service fee.

If Urban Wag shows up to find no dog will be subject to 100% of normal service fee.

 

NON-WALK RELATED

We will gladly take care of any non-walk related requests.

Non-walk related requests will be taken out of your dog’s walk time.

Ex: feeding | administering medication | putting on booties/gear | wiping paws | cleaning in-home accidents. 

 

WEATHER

We are prepared to walk in all weather conditions.

We may need to shorten or cancel walks impeded by severe weather conditions.

Ex: Hurricanes | blizzards | snowstorms | temperatures below 10 degrees.

 

DOG PARK

Dog parks are off limits, unless a consent form is filled out.
